Mike Montello is SVP, R&D Digital and Tech, GSK and has worked at the convergence of science, digital, and technology for more than 22 years. Mike currently leads the digital and tech organization aligned to GSK’s R&D enterprise, with a portfolio engineered to reduce cycle times and help increase success rates for new vaccines and medicines. Prior to joining GSK in 2018, Mike oversaw the tech platforms for clinical trials at IQVIA and held various leadership positions in IT at Shire Pharmaceuticals. He also spent 12 years at Accenture and holds an executive MBA from London Business School.
Ms. Kumar joins Cure from Johnson & Johnson where she spent nearly 20 years in senior leadership positions, most recently serving as Global Head of the Office of Innovation, Global Health and Scientific Engagement. During her tenure, she led the launch of the company’s Innovation Centers, JLABS and Global Public Health initiatives, as well as the CoLaboratory at the World Economic Forum at Davos and the award winning COVID-19 educational broadcast program, “The Road to a Vaccine.”
